Assembled house and technology of its construction
The construction of family house is realized from panels manufactured at manufacturing hall. Basic supporting structure consists of wooden frame structure made of structural prisms KVH and BSH. Used wood has maximum humidity of 12% and its surface is treated with paint against mildew and funguses.
The construction of the house itself is realized on a pre-prepared base plate or flooring plate of basement – it means that the house can also have a cellar. Above mentioned method of construction can also be used at superstructures. Everything depends on your ideas.
After assembling of panels it comes to realization of truss construction. The roof tile is used as a covering in a large extent.
The construction prepared in such way will be closed by windows, terrace door and entrance door that can be made of plastic or wood. The structure of the house is designed in such way so that the house behaves as low-energy house, therefore generally we recommend wooden door with insulating triple glass.
All materials used by us are harmless for health. It is also proven by all issued certificates.
The technology of the constructions of family houses realized by us consists in production of entire enclosure walls, crossbars, ceiling, eventually individual elements and parts intended for installation at manufacturing hall.
Subsequent assembly of manufactured parts only is then realized at construction site. These manufactured parts are being embedded and anchored into prepared bottom part of the construction or foundations. An assembly of these houses is made of parts having the dimensions of one floor and the width adapted to requirements of transport but in most cases these parts form entire enclosure wall.
Rough construction can be finished within 3 days. Due to fact that there is minimum quantity of wet processes during the construction it is possible to finish complete construction of an assembled house within a few months, many constructions can even be finished earlier.
The material that is to be used for construction depends on the style of construction buyer with regard to climatic conditions of location where the construction will be situated and of course in consideration of financial conditions.
